1. Authority to submit
By submitting a form, document, photograph, or other information, you represent that you are the vehicle owner, claimant, authorized business representative, or otherwise have lawful authority and all necessary permissions to provide the material to DValue360. You agree not to submit information that violates another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, contractual, or legal rights.
2. Limited permission to review and use materials
You authorize DValue360 and its service providers to receive, store, organize, copy, and review submitted materials to evaluate your request, communicate with you, prevent fraud, maintain security, prepare a requested service, administer a partner referral, and comply with law. If you purchase a service, this permission extends to the work reasonably necessary to complete that engagement.
You also permit DValue360 to obtain or analyze relevant market, vehicle-history, repair, and comparable-vehicle information from available sources. This does not authorize DValue360 to access a restricted insurer, financial, or government account in your name.
3. Communications consent
When you provide an email address or telephone number and request contact, you authorize DValue360 to send service-related emails and to call or text you about the intake, requested service, missing information, payment, delivery, or partner application. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts or automated promotional calls is not required to purchase a service. You may withdraw non-essential communications consent by replying STOP to a text, using an unsubscribe link, or emailing claims@dvalue360.com. Service messages necessary to complete an active request may continue.
4. Electronic records and signatures
You consent to receive agreements, notices, invoices, reports, and other service records electronically. You may save or print them. You may request a paper copy or withdraw electronic-delivery consent by contacting us; withdrawal applies prospectively and may affect our ability to provide an online service.
5. No authority to bind or settle
An intake submission does not appoint DValue360 as your attorney, public adjuster, insurance agent, fiduciary, or representative with authority to bind you. Unless a separate signed agreement expressly provides otherwise, DValue360 may not accept or reject an offer, settle a claim, endorse a payment, sign your name, make a legal filing, or negotiate as your representative.
6. Sharing at your direction
If you ask us to send a report or information to an insurer, attorney, repair facility, appraiser, partner, or other recipient, you authorize that specific disclosure. You are responsible for confirming the recipient and scope. We may ask for written confirmation before sharing sensitive claim materials.
7. Withdrawal and effect
You may withdraw a voluntary authorization by emailing claims@dvalue360.com. Withdrawal does not undo processing or disclosures already lawfully made and may prevent completion of a requested service. We may retain records as described in our retention policy and as permitted or required by law.
