Questions? claims@dvalue360.com

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to DValue360 LLC ("DValue360," "we," "us," or "our") and information collected through dvalue360.com, our claim-intake and partner forms, email, phone, and the valuation and claim-support services we provide. It does not govern third-party websites or services that publish their own policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and business details.
  • Vehicle and claim information, including VIN, mileage, vehicle specifications, claim number, insurer, date of loss, repair facility, damage details, and repair status.
  • Documents and media, including estimates, repair orders, invoices, insurer valuations, correspondence, photographs, reports, and other materials you choose to upload.
  • Service, transaction, and partner information, including requested services, referral codes, application details, communications, engagement records, and payment status. Payment-card information may be collected directly by a payment processor and is not intended to be stored by DValue360.

Information collected automatically

When you use the site, we or our providers may collect IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, approximate location, timestamps, pages viewed, and diagnostic or security logs. We may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from a referring partner, an authorized representative, vehicle-market and history sources, repair facilities, experts, service providers, or other parties involved in a request. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to provide information about another person.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • review an intake, respond to questions, recommend an appropriate service, and perform an agreed engagement;
  • prepare independent valuation analyses, appraisal reports, repair-scope reviews, and customer-requested claim-support materials;
  • authenticate submissions, maintain records, process payments, prevent fraud, secure our systems, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
  • administer partner and referral relationships and attribute referrals;
  • send service messages and, where permitted, relevant business communications; and
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for research, analytics, and service improvement when it cannot reasonably identify you.

4. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to vendors that support hosting, secure document storage, analytics, communications, payments, customer service, market research, or professional services. They may use the information only for the services they provide to us, subject to applicable contractual and legal duties.

At your direction or when needed for an agreed service, we may disclose relevant information to an authorized representative, valuation expert, repair professional, market-data provider, insurer, attorney, or other claim participant. We may also disclose information in a business transaction, to comply with lawful process, to protect rights and safety, or with your consent. DValue360 does not sell uploaded claim documents or personal information for money.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information only for legitimate operational, contractual, legal, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Our standard claim-document retention period is up to three years after final service activity. Certain transaction, tax, consent, and business records may be kept for up to seven years. Backups may persist for up to 90 additional days before routine expiration. Legal holds, investigations, unresolved disputes, fraud prevention, or applicable law may require longer retention.

More detail is available in our Document Retention & Deletion Policy.

6. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or opt out of non-essential marketing, by emailing claims@dvalue360.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority. We may deny or limit a request where retention is required or permitted by law, needed to complete a transaction, protect security, prevent fraud, preserve legal claims, or maintain records of consent. You may disable browser cookies, although some site functions may not work correctly.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we handle, including access controls and secure storage and transmission practices where appropriate. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not email highly sensitive documents when our upload form is available, and notify us promptly if you believe information has been submitted or accessed without authorization.

8. Children, U.S. processing, and external links

Our services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Information may be processed and stored in the United States. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are their own.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or directly when appropriate.

Privacy requests may be sent to claims@dvalue360.com, 240-441-1574, or DValue360 LLC, 12 Church Street, Unit 1706, New Rochelle, NY 10801.
